Refund policy

For hygiene reasons, grip socks and other wearable items may only be returned or exchanged if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached, within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Delivery date is determined by the tracking confirmation we receive from the shipping carrier when your package is marked as delivered.
• We will also replace items that were sent incorrectly, arrive damaged, or have a manufacturing defect; claims for these must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item.
• Please contact us at serenitystretchnyc@gmail.com before returning any product, and include your order number.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
• Sale items and gift cards, if applicable, are final sale.
