Serenity Stretch NYC is a wellness and lifestyle brand offering premium Pilates grip socks and related wellness products designed to support movement, comfort, and confidence. We are a sole proprietorship based in New York City, New York.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on this Site.

3. Products and Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately, but we do not guarantee that your device's display will reflect the actual product color or appearance.
  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars ($ USD) unless otherwise noted, and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout where applicable.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order;
  • Limit quantities purchased;
  • Correct pricing or product description errors;
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

5. Shipping

  • Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Once a package has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, holidays, or other events outside our control, including delays caused by an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Shipping costs, if any, will be disclosed at checkout.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • For hygiene reasons, grip socks and other wearable items may only be returned or exchanged if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached, within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Delivery date is determined by the tracking confirmation we receive from the shipping carrier when your package is marked as delivered.
  • We will also replace items that were sent incorrectly, arrive damaged, or have a manufacturing defect; claims for these must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item.
  • Please contact us at serenitystretchnyc@gmail.com before returning any product, and include your order number.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Sale items and gift cards, if applicable, are final sale.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

  • Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
  • Promotional codes have no cash value.
  • Promotional codes may expire without notice and may exclude certain products or collections.
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

8. Ambassador Program

Participation in the Serenity Stretch NYC Ambassador Program is by invitation or application. Ambassadors agree to:

  • Represent Serenity Stretch NYC professionally;
  • Share authentic content;
  • Follow FTC disclosure guidelines when promoting products;
  • Use provided discount codes appropriately.

We reserve the right to remove ambassadors from the program at any time.
